The fourth book in the series finds Avi the Ambulance and his medic, Zack going to the beach to meet a new ambulance named Noah. Noah is a boat, and Avi wonders: Is Noah a real ambulance if he doesn't look like Avi? But when there is an emergency on the water, Avi learns that Noah is a very helpful ambulance after all – even if he doesn't have wheels.
